We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Card Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Supervise Card BDs in the region assigned to ensure BDs are working in line with the company’s requirements.
  • Train Card BDs.
  • Optimize the acquisition of Debit Card Agents.
  • Follow up on how Agents react to the business model.
  • Detect problems in the BD’s work and proffer solutions to BDs problem.
  • Complete the KPI arranged by the organization.
  • Complete other tasks arranged by the organization.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Business discipline.
  • 3 – 4 years verifiable work experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a team towards success
  • Excellent communication
  • Appetite for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of being a team player
  • Project management skills
  • Product and business development skills
  • Experience with a ‘’Mobile Money Operator’’ will be an added advantage.


  • Basic: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
  • N200,000 – N240,000 Performance Bonus.
