Job Title: Information Technology Associate

Job Task

• The candidate will provide day-to-day operational management of the IT infrastructure; provide a wide range of IT support services to users at the central and site offices by supervising the helpdesk and ensure continued functionality of all IT systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A first degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any other related field; relevant professional certification(s) – Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the IT function of a standard organisation, preferably in an international NGO.
