SALID started out trading in Shea nuts in 2013 and is now in the process of metamorphosing into value addition by going into industrial processing of the Shea nuts into Shea butter.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Controller / Strategy Manager

Location: Kudu (Rural Setting), Niger

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound policies, procedures and practices for the financial control and financial planning of the company utilising effective automation and technology tools;
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Organisation’s corporate, business and functional strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Good First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Field
• Second Degree (MBA, MSC), or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.)
• Five (5) years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance function(s) in manufacturing, financial services or other business sector
• Demonstrable exposure to or formal training in any 3 of related Fields such as corporate and financial planning, risk management, manufacturing operations, credit analysis, leadership courses, etc.
• Superior understanding of finance, financial planning, and monitoring
• Demonstrable management experience.
