The ARM Graduate Trainee Program is an intensive experience designed to equip participants with the technical expertise, professional competencies, and cultural alignment required to succeed within the Asset Management industry.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the ARM Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
• Maximum of one (1) year post-graduation work experience
