Digital Africa Talent 4 Startups Program 2024 for young Africans.
Applications are now open for the 2024 Digital Africa Talent 4 Startups Program.
It is an integrated program developed and founded by Digital Africa meeting the needs of African early-stage startups to recruit qualified talent while offering training and then employment opportunities to young people benefiting from dedicated scholarships. These scholarships are deployed by partner training schools for tech and digital professions.
Eligibility Requirements
- I am between 18 and 35 years old, live in a country where one of the program’s partners provides training
- I am ready to commit to intensive training between 2 and 9 months
- I am looking for a job in tech, especially in a startup
If you are selected, you will develop operational, technical and human skills (remember: the latter are essential in the eyes of your future employers!). Here are some of them:
Technical skills :
- Coding skills
- Data cleansing, preparation, analysis and exploitation
- Problem solving
- Data structures and algorithms
- Database management
- Marketing campaign & content management
- Project & product tech management
Operational and human resources :
- Problem solving
- Content creation
- Critical thinking
- Communication
- Presentation and public speaking skills
