Candidate Profile

• We seek a visionary Director of Growth & Expansion to accelerate the international market presence and build on organizations rapid growth.
• This role will lead strategic initiatives to enter new markets, ensuring the brand reaches its full potential in emerging and established regions alike.

What Your First 90 Days Would Look Like

• Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted market entry strategy focusing on high-growth regions in the e-taxi and tourism sectors.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to monitor service demand, understand customer preferences, and refine strategic approaches.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with local stakeholders, tourism authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth market entry.

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or International Relations strongly preferred.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic growth roles within e-taxi, tourism, or tech industries, with a history of successful international expansions.
• Emerging Markets Expertise: Extensive knowledge of emerging markets such as West Africa, East Africa, and Southeast Asia, particularly in tech-driven fields.
