Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a highly organized and skilled Logistics Manager to manage our logistics operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and optimize supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory
• Plan and coordinate route optimization, scheduling, and delivery
• Supervise logistics team, including drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatchers
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
• Negotiate with carriers and suppliers to secure best rates and services
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Conduct site visits and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of logistics management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficient in logistics software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
