Job Summary

• This role requires exceptional discovery and delivery skills, with a proven ability to take products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize them effectively.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure cohesive product strategies.
• Identify and resolve blockers for development teams, facilitating smooth project progression.
• Stay updated on crypto, Web3, and gaming market trends to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure product usability and a seamless user experience.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Google Suite to manage projects and documentation efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the crypto, web3, or gaming industries.
• Proven ability to create detailed and clear documentation for various audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA, Asana, and Google Suite.
• Genuine interest and understanding of the crypto market and its trends.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding technical concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
