Premium HR Solutions – Our client, a reputable oil and gas firm, operating a filling station is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Supervisor

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos Island – Lagos & Akure – Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Managing staff – Training new employees, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance
  • Ensuring safety – Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and conducting daily safety briefs
  • Managing inventory – Overseeing inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are available
  • Managing cash – Handling cash transactions, reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overages
  • Managing operations – Overseeing daily operations, including the coordination of sales activities and the offloading of stock
  • Providing customer service – Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service
  • Preparing reports – Preparing daily and weekly reports on station activities, and sales reports
  • Maintaining equipment – Performing routine maintenance and repairs on fuel pumps, equipment, and facilities

Requirements

  • BSC/HND in related field.
  • Proven experience in similar role.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
