In line with its mandate to build human capacity and enhance skills development in the Delta Region, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has concluded arrangements to train Niger Deltans on Entrepreneurial Development and other skills. The commission also intends to train Niger Deltans to acquire up to date skills
As part of NDDC’s Human Resource Development Initiatives, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is embarking on Foreign Post Graduate Scholarship Programme to equip Niger Deltans with relevant training and skills for effective participation in the local content programme of the current administration as well as compete globally in various professional disciplines. The scheme
