VACANCIES FOR THE POSTS OF SALES MANAGERS

A reputable Organization in the power and energy sector located in VI, Lagos State requires the services of dynamic and result oriented Sales Managers to serve in the following capacities;


 Sales Manager – Residential
 Sale Manager – Commercial
 Sales Manager – Industrial


Overview
Each will be responsible to market and sell in sector type divisions. The sales manager will be responsible to generate leads in relevant sector, market the company services, follow up and close sales and work with sales engineers on techno-commercial offers. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and team performances.
Position: Sales Manager – The position is a Mid-Senior Level, communicates with and reports to the top management.
Employment Type: Full-time; Onsite
Salary Scale: Gross is between N1,000,000 to N1,500,000 (This is negotiable based on experience and qualification)

SALES MANAGER- RESIDENTIAL:
Qualification and Experience:
 Masters in relevant field through reputable local universities, this is to ensure adequate communication skills and more academically qualified.
 Has at least 7 years in sales of service type business
 Proven experience as a Sales Manager and has sold to reputable residential companies & entities (such as; developers, facility managers, big residential estates, consultants etc.)
 Has a background in power business and sold power services
 Strong understanding of the power solutions industry, market trends, and market competition in Nigeria
 Has worked with competing companies (Mantrac, Aggreko, Jubaili, Mikano, Cummins West Africa, JMG etc.)
 Has experience in sales development through lead generation, closing big sales, improved profitability, marketing company services
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
 Ability to develop and grow a sales team
 Proficient Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 applications

SALES MANAGER- COMMERCIAL:
Qualification and Experience:
 Masters in relevant field through reputable local universities, this is to ensure adequate communication skills and more academically qualified.
 Has at least 10 years in sales of service type business
 Proven experience as a Sales Manager and has sold to reputable commercial & corporate companies (such as; muti-nationals, tier 1 clients, commercial offices, hotels, hospitals, telecom companies, banks and financial institutions, consultants, corporate entities etc.)
 Has a background in power business and sold power services (also telecom based services, which can be relevant in selling power services and has right clientele)
 Has worked with competing or equivalent companies (Mantrac, Aggreko, Jubaili, Mikano, Cummins West Africa, JMG etc.)
 Strong understanding of the power solutions industry, market trends, and competition in Nigeria
 Has experience in sales development through lead generation, closing big sales, improved profitability, marketing company services
 Has experience in selling turnkey engineering projects, selling of equipment and solutions,
selling of products
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
 Ability to develop and grow a sales team
 Proficient Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 applications

SALES MANAGER- INDUSTRIAL:
Qualification and Experience:
Can be an expat position or high profile local position.
 Masters in relevant field through reputable local universities, this is to ensure adequate communication skills and more academically qualified.
 Has at least 10 years in sales of service type business
 Proven experience as a Sales Manage and has sold to reputable industrial entities (mutinationals, tier 1 clients, manufacturing clients, oil & gas companies, government entities, NGO’s)
 Has a background in power business and sold power services
 Has worked with competing or equivalent companies (such as; Mantrac, Aggreko, Jubaili, Mikano, Cummins West Africa, JMG etc.)
 Has experience in sales development through lead generation, closing big sales, improved profitability, marketing company services etc.
 Strong understanding of the power solutions industry, market trends, and competition in Nigeria
 Has experience in selling turnkey engineering projects, selling of equipment and solutions, selling of products
 Ability to develop and grow a sales team
 Proficient Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365 applications
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Execution:
 Develop and Implement sales strategies, procedures, and policies related to Power Selling, Power Rental, Project Design & Execution, and Equipment Selling roles.
 Generate leads and convert to clients; meeting the organization’s targets
 Drive the achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the sales team. Team Leadership:
 Manage and lead the sales team,
 Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
 Monitor individual and team performance against targets and KPIs.
 Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.

Training and Development:
 Identify training needs for the sales team and collaborate with management to provide relevant training programs.
 Continuously enhance the team’s skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner. Strategic Planning:
 Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and performance data.
