Position: Managing Director – LAGOS/OGUN
A prospective Tier 2 microfinance bank in Lagos area of Ogun State requires the service of a dynamic result-oriented microfinance banker, with proven record of accomplishment, to serve as its Pioneer Managing Director.

Qualifications, Experience and Professional Requirements:
Suitable candidate must possess a B.Sc./HND in Banking or Finance related field, and M.Sc./MBA with over 15 years cognate post-qualification experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a management capacity in respectable microfinance banking. Additionally, professional Certification of MCIB is required, whilst ACIB and ACA will be an added advantage.

Successful Candidate must:
 Be capable of setting strategic goals & objectives, providing leadership and guidance to senior management team and overseeing financial performance of the bank.
 Demonstrate the ability to provide strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long-term goals
 Have an understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
 Have excellent leadership skills with integrity, good written and oral communication skills.
 Be a resourceful and flexible team player who is self-motivated and dependable.
