Job Title: Site Nurse

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We urgently need to recruit a Site Nurse who will be responsible for providing basic first aid, evaluating an employee’s health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions, maintaining employee health records and the custodian of First aid box on site.

Responsibilities

• Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness.
• Conduct regular examination and check-up of employees.
• Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records.
• Assists the emergency response on the project site.
• Attends to daily consultations of workers and employees on site.
• Acts as a first aider on-site.
• Refer patients to the nearest HMO hospital for cases that cannot be handled by the site clinic.
• Any other medical related task(s) assigned on site.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Nursing
• 2 – 4 years relevant working experience as a nurse in well a structured establishment
• Registered Nurse certificate is a necessity.
