Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area, greet clients, and provide administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional impression of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and manage the reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails and messages.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective filing and organizational systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Female candidate only (For gender balance)
- A Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-3years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
