Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese dishes and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and expertise in Chinese cuisine, ensuring high-quality meals that align with the company’s culinary standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including soups, stir-fries, dim sum, and traditional sauces.
 - Develop and update menus, incorporating seasonal and locally available ingredients while maintaining authenticity.
 - Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and cleanliness.
 - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
 - Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
 - Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies as needed.
 - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to the company’s operational standards.
 - Collaborate with management to introduce new recipes and improve existing offerings.
 
Requirements
- 3 years proven experience as a Chinese Chef, with expertise in preparing traditional Chinese dishes.
 - Knowledge of various Chinese cooking styles (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, etc.).
 - Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
 - Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
