Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire aprompt, analytical, honest, detail-oriented, and professional to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in Audits: Support external auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Handling all accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparation of financial reports, and financial statements for the organization as well as its clients.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.

Qualifications

• OND, AAT, NCE in Accounting
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable character and integrity
• Strong working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Remuneration
Salary Ranges from N960,000 – N1,2 million p/a.
