Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Operations Manager at IBEDC in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient electricity distribution, managing customer interactions, and coordinating with various departments to enhance service delivery.
• The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to support the company’s mission of distributing power and improving customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in operations management or the energy sector would be a plus.
• Experience in operations management, customer service, and team leadership
• Knowledge of electricity distribution systems and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
