Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with experience in the sales of ICT/ERP solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Manage and follow up on existing prospects through emails, site visits, and phone calls to finalize and close sales.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services and identifying new applications.
  • Qualify leads and send business profiles to prospects.
  • Update and log lead information in the CRM system.
  • Set up meetings with prospects, conduct pitches, and identify their needs and pain points.
  • Cross-sell by engaging with procurement managers for vendor registration, facilitating future business opportunities.
  • Schedule initial product demos with a Consultant to showcase software functionality and enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth transition to client status.
  • Convert leads into opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline with relevant experience in the sale of ICT/ERP solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven sales closing abilities.
  • Motivated by achieving sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
