Sightsavers Nigeria Country Office is currently seeking an experienced Data Officer to join our Country NTD Technical team to support our downstream partners in data collection, analysis and reporting on the training, mass administration of medicine, and maintenance of information technology for the FCDO ACSEND project in Nigeria.

Working closely with the Country Technical Advisor the Data Officer will support the downstream partners under ACSEND in ensuring the collection of quality data by training, monitoring and supportive supervision. As the Data Officer you will be responsible for delivering reports, including key performance indicators, to the Country Technical Advisor NTDs to ensure the timely production of programme reports, as well as monitoring treatment in the field and conducting spot checks to validate treatment reports.

As the successful candidate you will hold a degree (or equivalent) in computer science, statistics, or a related field. You will have previous experience in a similar role and within Monitoring and Evaluation, have a background and the ability to deliver training sessions, and possess experience with a data management system for an integrated programme.
