• Facilitate effective production of best quality output (shea butter) through effective superintending and supervision of Factory Workers

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in manufacturing, artisanship, skilled trade, or related Field;
• Four (4) years of work experience in the manufacturing/processing sector;
• Proven work experience in manufacturing/processing Plant supervisory role(s).
