Job Title: Frontend Development Instructor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are currently looking for competent & well knowledgeable tutors that can train our students on Frontend Development.
- We seek a passionate and skilled Frontend Development Instructor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- As an instructor, you will teach, mentor, and guide students to develop their coding skills, equipping them with the knowledge needed to excel in modern web development. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping their journey, providing hands-on instruction, and inspiring them to build a foundation in software development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Curriculum: Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured lessons to students at varying skill levels in web development languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Provide Mentorship and Support: Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring sessions to address individual student needs, answer questions, and provide guidance.
- Assess Progress and Provide Feedback: Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the software testing industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment: Encourage active participation in class discussions, group activities, and peer-to-peer collaboration to create an engaging learning experience.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- You have at least two to five years of work experience
- Must have a minimum of BSc
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in languages such as Javascript, React HTML & CSS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
