Grant Master (www.grantmaster.xyz) is an online marketplace that connects ambitious organizations in need of grants with the top 5% of Grant Writers. We are based in Ibadan, Nigeria.

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing officer to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

As a growth marketing officer, you are to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities

· Work with cross functional team to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals.

· Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

· Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

· Work with the digital content officer and sales officer on creating content and getting high quality leads weekly.

· Manage SEO.

· Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

· Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Requirements

· Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

· Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.

· Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.

· Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Software)

· Proficient with Analytics.

· 2+ years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing.
