Job Summary
- The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) sales, building strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve B2B sales targets for air conditioning products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of deals to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage after-sales engagement and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with developers, real estate companies, and facility managers to position air conditioning solutions in large projects.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and offerings.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
- Work with the technical team to ensure proper installations and maintenance support for business clients.
