Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated Structural Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in structural engineering principles and be able to work on projects from conception through to completion.
• You will work on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, providing structural analysis, design, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects using relevant software.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Identify potential project risks and provide engineering solutions.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Stay updated on industry standards, local regulations, and new technologies relevant to structural engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably within Nigeria.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS).
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in project documentation and report writing.
