Your position and your responsibilities

Given the objectives of Action Contre la Faim, within a team of 5 people and under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, your mission is to guarantee the security of financial flows and the reliability of their accounting translation on your scope. , in compliance with established accounting and financial rules. More specifically, you are in charge of:

You are a manager : You are able to give vision to your employees and support them on a daily basis without losing sight of the overall strategic vision.

You guarantee the proper maintenance of the accounts and the monitoring of the other assets of the association on its perimeter and contribute to the analysis and revision of the accounts by controlling the recognition and justification of flows and balances relating to suppliers, payroll , expense reports, fixed assets, stocks and control tax and social declarations, You must also produce, supervise and control the constitution of audit files on your perimeter.

You control all payments from head office and manage the central cashier (Supply, inventories, transfer management, seizure), validate bank reconciliations in accordance with internal procedures.

You participate in ancillary activities (development of tools and working methods, and updating of the guide to procedures and operating methods, Presentation of the accounting department during integration sessions, etc.)

Your profile

Holder of training in accounting and management (DCG), you have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in general accounting, including 2 years in a firm, including proven experience in team management. Your practice of internal control is proven.

Force of proposal, you have experience in the evolution of financial processes and tools. You demonstrate pedagogy and have the ability to unite teams around the changes initiated.

Comfortable in handling office and IT tools, you also master the methods of using a management software package (Agresso). Accustomed to teamwork, your rigor and excellent organizational skills are recognized.

English is a plus.

YOUR EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Status: Integrated Executive – Fixed-term contract 2 months (replacement possibility of extension) – Full time

Salary conditions : Between 40 and 45 K € gross annually over 13 months depending on experience, 21 days of RTT, 20 days of teleworking per year (as part of ACF’s telework policy, after managerial agreement), restaurant vouchers at 8 € (60% covered by ACF), complementary health insurance (80% covered by ACF), 50% reimbursement by public transport.
